• Equipment & Property Maintenance
  :
  Apply your maintenance experience to perform repairs, including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance. Conduct turnover maintenance, property evaluations, and repairs to keep properties in top condition.

• Proven Expertise

  Extensive experience in maintenance, with skills in troubleshooting and repairing household systems.

• 5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, comfort with driving to and from various home throughout the day, & reliable transportation.
• Your own iPhone and basic hand tools.
• Strong communication skills, bilingual (English/Spanish).
