Are you a skilled craftsman with strong hands‑on remodeling experience who is ready to step into a supervisory role?

You've done the work yourself - now you want to use that technical expertise to oversee subcontractors, ensure high‑quality results, and manage projects without doing all the physical labor yourself.

Morgan Pro Services is hiring a Residential Remodeling Lead who has the field knowledge to guarantee work is done right the first time while leading a team of subcontractors.

• $22.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on your experience

• Oversee and supervise subcontractors performing residential remodeling and repair work
• Ensure all work meets high-quality standards, local codes, and customer expectations
• Conduct site visits, quality checks, and final walkthroughs
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and project timelines
• Provide technical guidance and direction to subcontractors
• Handle customer communications and resolve any field issues

• 3+ years of hands‑on residential remodeling experience (you've personally done the work)
• Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing, tile, drywall, trim carpentry, painting, flooring, doors/windows, siding, and general home repairs
• Experience leading or supervising subcontractors or crews
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Professional pride in quality workmanship and doing things the right way
• Ability to lift heavy loads and work safely at heights or in tight spaces
