Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Tier 2 TAB Technician to support commercial HVAC projects in the Houston market.
This is a hands‑on, field‑based role focused on testing and balancing air and water systems in commercial buildings.
- Test airflow and water flow on HVAC systems
- Adjust dampers, valves, fans, and VAV boxes
- Identify installation or control issues
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors
- Create TAB reports for project closeout
Work fully onsite across Houston job sites.

Skills and Requirements- NEBB or AABC certification is required
- 2 to 3 years of hands‑on TAB technician experience
- Experience working independently on commercial job sites
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and HVAC plans
- Strong understanding of airflow and hydronic balancing
- Comfortable working in mechanical rooms and rooftops
- Valid driver’s license
- Airflow or hydronic experience
- Experience with hospitals, offices, or industrial facilities
