• Six (6) months related experience, including experience utilizing hand and power tools.
• Conversationally functional Spanish preferable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to read and write instructions, short correspondence, work orders, service requests and to converse with co-workers, and management.
• Available for on-call in exceptional circumstances.
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment physical and safety orientation.

Physical agility to perform all aspects of the job including standing, sitting, walking, the use of stairs and ladders; ability to stoop, kneel or crouch; specific vision abilities related to the job tasks; physical ability to move appliance with the assistance of an appliance dolly; ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly and/or another employee.
