Job Summary
The Maintenance associate is responsible for all building maintenance related duties, including light troubleshooting and major repair work. The associate also maintains electrical, plumbing, and cleanup of various departments within the building.

Work HoursMonday to Saturday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM and 2 Saturdays a month from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

CompensationThis hourly, non-exempt position pays from $22 to $25 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $55,000 and $71,800 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.
Responsibilities- Responsible for minor and major building maintenance repairs.
- Perform carpentry and plastering.
- Paint, remodel, and repair flooring.
- Complete installations and demolitions throughout the facility.
- Conduct equipment checklists and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Perform additional duties as required or requested.
Education and Experience
- High School or GED education.
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
- Troubleshooting abilities.
- Previous maintenance experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment or with little supervision.
- Electrical and plumbing experience, and a technical certificate is a plus.
- Forklift and warehouse experience preferred.
- Knowledge of using a computer or tablet a plus.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Required to use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and communicate verbally. Frequently walks, stands, and occasionally sits.
- Must regularly lift, pull, and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 70 pounds. Requires close vision.
