TPSE Associate Technician
We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable Entry‑Level Associate Technician. This is a great opportunity to build experience in the electrical utility field.

Key Responsibilities- Learn to stake and map power line routes for electric distribution utilities
- Work with GPS and GIS/GNSS tools
- Utilize GPS to collect and record field data
- Apply GIS software tools to draft and design utility infrastructure layouts
- Work with landowners and team members to support construction planning
- Assist in permitting and easement activities
- Maintain and care for field tools and equipment
- Travel to job sites across the region using company‑provided vehicle and equipment
- Support a variety of tasks based on project needs
- The employee may be required to stand; reach with hands and arms, stoop and kneel
- The employee may be subject to rough terrain and inclement weather
- The employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time
- The employee may be required to lift, carry, push, pull or move up to 50 pounds
- The employee may be required to travel
- The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions including wet and/or humid conditions
- The employee will be required to wear safety‑toe boots or hiking boots
- 0‑2+ years of utility staking or electric utility field experience
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable walking on uneven terrain and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
