Hydro Blast Technicians – Turnaround Projects – Houston, TX

Sideworx Connect is hiring Hydro Blast Technicians for industrial cleaning and shutdown work at oil and gas refineries in Houston, TX. The position involves high‑pressure jetting, foam cleaning, and CIP processes during multi‑week projects. Ideal candidates will have refinery experience, safety certifications, and the stamina to work long shifts in tough outdoor conditions.

• Minimum 1 year of shutdown or turnaround experience in oil and gas
• H2S, First Aid & CPR, and PEC certifications
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb, crouch, and stand for long shifts
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydroblasting equipment
• Experience working in confined spaces and at height
• High attention to safety and situational awareness
• Flexibility for extended project‑based travel (2–3 weeks at a time)
