Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities:
Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and resolve service-related items.;
Travel 10% to 20% to support branch customers startup and commissioning activities as well as aftermarket service troubleshooting.;
Demonstrate ability to startup, commissioning, and troubleshoot HVAC systems (Residential and/or ducted products, air cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHU’s or Roof Top ducted units).;
Write and communicate to the customer problem, cause, and corrective actions; provide quotes to customers and participate in Service Plus Rewards program.;
Maintain safety as a priority and work collaboratively with local market mechanics.
