- 2 hours of drive time paid each way to and from the airport
- Significant overtime available — this is not a 40‑hour role
- 100% paid training from day one
- We currently have 30 pipe fitters and individuals with similar backgrounds in the field excelling in this role — all of whom were fully trained before their first day on the job.
- Background leading small field crews in project‑based environments — foreman, crew lead, shift supervisor, or similar.
- Experience with flow systems including pumps, flushing, and chemical cleaning of piping.
- Pipe fitting experience strongly preferred.

- OSHA 10 and/or 30 certification.
- HAZWOPER and Confined Space certifications preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Manage project activities and personnel to keep jobs on schedule and within budget.
- Establish work plans and assign tasks for each phase of the job.
- Delegate work, set expectations, and monitor technician performance.
- Communicate directly with clients on site.

- Complete Pre‑Job Hazard Analyses (PJHA).
- Load, unload, and drive company vehicles including trucks, sprinter vans, and forklifts.
- Complete all required safety training.
- Maintain work areas to Clean, Efficient, Organized (5S) standards.
- Support other technicians, project leaders, or customers as needed.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- Approximately 80% travel required, including overnight travel by land and air.
- Must be available for overtime, weekends, holidays, and short‑notice call‑ins.
- 30 to 50% of shifts may include night work.
- Job sites with exposure to mechanical equipment, chemicals, fumes, and varying conditions.
