We are seeking experienced Field Service Technicians with a strong background in commercial Solar PV (Photovoltaic) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience supporting the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and rework of commercial‑scale renewable energy projects. This role requires a safety-focused professional who can work independently and collaboratively in the field to ensure high‑quality project execution and system performance.

• Perform commissioning of commercial Solar PV and BESS systems.
• Install, test, and verify electrical and mechanical components according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair system faults, equipment failures, and performance issues.
• Complete rework and corrective actions to ensure systems meet quality and operational requirements.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on Solar PV and BESS equipment.
• Interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, single‑line diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Perform electrical testing using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations, NEC requirements, and company safety procedures.
• Complete field reports, service documentation, and commissioning records accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and customers to resolve technical issues and support successful project delivery.
• Travel to project sites throughout Texas as required.

• Experience working on commercial Solar PV and/or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following:
  • Commissioning
  • Installation
  • Troubleshooting
  • Rework and corrective actions
  • Maintenance and service
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and renewable energy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, construction drawings, and technical manuals.
• Experience using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to job sites.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and safely perform physically demanding tasks.
