Field Service Technician

Position Summary

Field Service professional, tasked with providing preventive maintenance, emergency repairs and customer relations. The selected candidate will service Northwest Houston and surrounding areas.

As a Service Specialist, you will be the trusted expert that provides installation, preventative maintenance and measures performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers including national accounts, healthcare, colleges and universities, hospitality and large independent food service operators.

Monday – Friday between 7:00AM and 6:00PM, with flexibility for weekend rotation and on‑call evenings. Overtime is available as needed and limited.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record (MVR required).
• Successful completion of a drug screen, MVR and background check (criminal background check; credit score is not checked).
• Two years of customer service or equipment repair experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Mechanical aptitude – electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting of machines.
