Harv's Electric is hiring experienced Commercial Journeyman Electricians to join our growing team in Houston. • $26–$31/hour based on experience

• Full-time schedule (7:00 AM–5:30 PM)

• 40–55+ hour work weeks

• Install EMT, IMC, and rigid conduit

• Pull wire and terminate panels

• Install switch gear, transformers, lighting systems, and commercial electrical equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics

• Troubleshoot commercial electrical systems

• Perform commercial rough-ins and equipment installations

• Maintain NEC compliance and jobsite safety standards

• Work independently and with crews to complete projects on schedule

• Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required or preferred, as applicable)

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience

• Ground-up commercial construction experience

• Strong understanding of NEC standards

• Experience with conduit bending, panel installation, and commercial electrical systems

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work overtime and active commercial construction sites

• Comfortable working at heights up to 40ft

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
