Monument Engraving, Delivery & Installation Specialist

Compensation: $4,000–$7,000 / month depending on experience and performance

Monument Engraving, Delivery & Installation Specialist is responsible for engraving memorials, preparing orders, delivering monuments, and assisting with professional cemetery installations.
The role exists to make sure every memorial is completed accurately, handled safely, delivered on time, and installed with care and respect.

• Engraving names, dates, inscriptions, symbols, and designs on granite memorials according to approved layouts.
• Preparing headstones, grave markers, bases, vases, and accessories for delivery and installation.
• Loading, securing, transporting, and unloading stone products safely.
• Delivering monuments to cemeteries, customers, or company locations.
• Assisting with monument installation, leveling, setting, sealing, and final positioning.
• Inspecting finished work for quality, accuracy, chips, cracks, scratches, or engraving mistakes.
• Maintaining tools, equipment, vehicles, engraving materials, and installation supplies.
• Taking completion photos and reporting job status to the operations team.
• Following all safety procedures when handling heavy stone, equipment, and cemetery work.

Experience with stone engraving, monument installation, construction, delivery, warehouse, or hands-on field work preferred.

Ability to lift, move, secure, and handle heavy materials safely.

Valid driver’s license required.

Experience driving trucks, trailers, forklifts, or handling stone equipment is a strong plus.

Basic ability to read measurements, layouts, work orders, and installation instructions.

High attention to detail, reliability, physical discipline, respect for families and cemeteries, patience, problem-solving, and ability to work carefully under deadlines.

Full understanding of company safety rules, engraving workflow, delivery process, basic monument handling, delivery preparation, and installation requirements.

Able to complete standard deliveries, assist with installations, prepare orders correctly, and perform basic engraving tasks with supervision.

Fully reliable in daily field operations, completing deliveries and installations safely, reducing mistakes, maintaining clean equipment, and supporting smooth order completion from engraving to final installation.
