• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and expertly repair a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long‑term client loyalty
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor to junior technicians

• 8+ years of hands‑on residential HVAC service experience
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic expertise
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Willingness to take on leadership and mentoring responsibilities
• EPA Universal Certification (required)

• NATE Certification
• HVAC Trade School Certificate
• Service Titan experience
• Light commercial experience
• Knowledge of zoning systems, programming, and air balancing

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
