What You'll Earn- Competitive hourly pay up to $40.00 per hour
, based on experience - Performance commissions, incentives, and rewards

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
- Provide honest recommendations and professional solutions on every call
- Mentor and support newer technicians as you grow with the company
- 4+ years of hands‑on residential HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Experience making repair vs. replace decisions
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
- Willingness to take on responsibility and grow into leadership
- HVAC Trade School certification
- NATE Certification
- Service Titan experience
- Light commercial experience
- Knowledge of zoning systems, programming, and air balancing
