Requirements:

• Three to five years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Experience maintaining high-speed manufacturing equipment preferred
• Knowledge of electrical systems up to 480 volts
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls
• Ability to independently troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Familiarity with CMMS or electronic work-order systems
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns
• Ability to work collaboratively with production and maintenance team members

Job Duties:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete timely repairs
• Install, inspect, calibrate, and maintain industrial machinery
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, manuals, and mechanical drawings
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance assignments
• Document completed work in the CMMS or work-order system
• Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance parts
• Notify supervisors when replacement parts or supplies are needed
• Collaborate with production operators to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area
• Follow OSHA regulations and Lockout/Tagout safety procedures
• Assist with training production employees and new maintenance technicians as needed
