If you take pride in running safe, organised job sites, developing your crew, and delivering quality work from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.

• Lead and supervise commercial electrical crews on ground-up and renovation projects.
• Coordinate daily site operations with Project Managers, General Contractors, and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Plan labour, materials, and equipment to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure all work is completed to NEC standards and company quality expectations.
• Promote a strong safety culture and maintain OSHA compliance on site.
• Mentor apprentices and electricians while driving productivity and accountability.

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Previous Foreman or Lead Foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to manage manpower, schedules, and materials.
• Experience on commercial projects such as healthcare, education, retail, multifamily, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
