Construction Landscaper II

Position Summary:

Ball Outdoor Construction is seeking to hire an experienced Landscaper to support our Construction Foreman with the successful installation of custom landscape designs for our customers.

• Supervise and direct a team of landscape technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
• Interpret landscape plans and specifications; oversee installation of hardscapes, softscapes, irrigation systems, and other features.
• Monitor work quality and ensure all tasks meet company standards and client expectations.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, mowers, and hand tools.
• Communicate professionally with clients and site managers to address concerns and provide updates.
• Train new crew members and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively.

• 3+ years of experience in landscape construction or maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading landscape blueprints and executing detailed plans.
• Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, grading, and hardscape installation.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in varying weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
