Concrete Carpenter / Form Setter / Concrete Finisher

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Carpenters / Form Setters / Concrete Finishers for projects located in or around Houston, TX. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Build, set, and strip concrete forms for columns and structural concrete
• Set and align forms according to layout and specifications
• Place, pour, screed, and finish concrete
• Install form-work, braces, and supports
• Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings
• Work around rebar, anchor bolts, and embedded materials
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality workmanship while following all safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Concrete Carpenter, Form Setter, or Concrete Finisher
• Experience with concrete columns and structural concrete
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 preferred (if required)
