You will play a vital role in transforming and maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces where people gather and connect. This position gives you the unique opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship while safely leading daily site transport. You will impact local communities directly by turning thoughtful designs into lasting, vibrant realities.

• Transport crew members, tools, and materials safely to diverse job sites.
• Execute skilled landscaping installations including irrigation, drainage, and high-end hardscaping.
• Install vibrant trees, shrubs, synthetic grass, and seasonal color displays.
• Provide meticulous garden care through pruning, fertilization, and weed control.
• Inspect and test landscape irrigation and lighting systems for optimal performance.
• Operate advanced hand tools and power landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and organize site materials to maintain clean, safe work environments.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional landscaping or related field experience.
• Valid Texas Driver's License with a verified clean driving record.
• Absolute authorization to work legally within the United States.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or move objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Capacity to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, and climb ladders routinely in outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to work outdoors in extreme heat, cold, and varying weather elements.

• Prior experience handling specialized fertilizers, herbicides, and landscape chemicals.
• Demonstrated background in detailed masonry, paving, or synthetic turf installation.
• Strong spatial awareness and experience working in elevated or high places safely.
