We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to join our growing Houston team.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead all field operations for commercial, industrial, and municipal electrical construction projects.
- Manage and supervise Foremen, Electricians, Apprentices, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors to meet schedules and budgets.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, Owners, and General Contractors.
- Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
- Ensure all installations comply with NEC requirements, local codes, and project specifications.
- Develop and mentor field personnel and future leaders.
- Current Journeyman Electrician License or Master Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent.
- Strong understanding of NEC requirements and electrical construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
