Investigate the condition of company building products at the customer’s site and report findings to the Customer Service Supervisor;
Recommend replacement or repair of defective components based on guidelines related to efficiency and cost effectiveness; assist less experienced Field Service Reps with more complex issues;
Negotiate and approve third party repair/adjustment; inspect completed work for quality adherence;
Possibly provide training to less experienced Field Service Reps;
Plan and pace own work to meet daily, weekly, project, or team productivity goals
