Pipeline Construction Technicians - $4,000 Signing Bonus + Per Diem + Hotel
- Up to $23.50/hr

Insituform Technologies LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions company, is seeking Pipeline Construction Technicians to join their Houston, TX team. These individuals will install cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehabilitation projects. The ideal candidates are experienced, safety-conscious, and eager to learn industry-leading techniques while contributing to critical infrastructure improvements.
Perks & Benefits- Competitive salary: $20.00–$23.50 per hour, based on experience and CDL class

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience as a Construction Laborer and/or Installation Technician highly preferred
- Experience in the Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) industry highly preferred
- OSHA certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle report
- Class A or B CDL required (Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required)
- Ability to wear a respirator and body harness in confined spaces
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use various tools
- Comfortable working outdoors with exposure to moving vehicles, mechanical operations, fumes, or airborne particles
- Willingness and ability to travel weekly, potentially out of state
- Experience as a Construction Laborer and/or Installation Technician
- Experience in the Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) industry
- OSHA certifications
- Hazmat endorsement on CDL
