Job Summary
We are hiring a Field Technician to support field service and plant operations involving industrial water treatment systems. This role includes equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and support of resin regeneration operations.

Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair pumps, filtration, UF, NF, RO, and DI systems
- Support equipment startup, commissioning, and onsite operations
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues
- Complete service reports, inspections, and work documentation
- Assist with resin unloading, transfer, regeneration, remixing, and loading
- Operate and maintain plant equipment including pumps, compressors, tanks, and filtration systems
- Support RO/EDI systems, DI pod operations, and trailer loading/unloading
- Perform quality checks and help resolve operational issues
- Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling practices
- Maintain clean work areas and support other departments as needed
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, field service, water treatment, or related technician work
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Basic electrical and controls knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills for reports and logs
- Hours:
7:30-4:30, Full Time, Weekends based out of our Houston Site + local and out of state travel - Nationwide travel dependent work schedule
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform physical work in industrial and outdoor environments
