Mayfair Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Falls of Braeburn Apartment in Houston, TX. Salary range is $20-$30 hourly with opportunities to contribute to a growing property management team.
You will perform a variety of maintenance duties, including general building upkeep, preventive and emergency repairs, and basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks to maintain the community’s quality and safety.
