NRG Energy in Houston seeks an Apprentice Electrician to support electrical maintenance at our power plant. You will assist with maintaining generators, transformers, breakers, and switch gear, and may perform Head Electrician duties in their absence.
You will read manuals and drawings, document work orders, and collaborate with other crafts. A high school diploma or GED plus five years of industrial electrical maintenance experience is required.
