Maintenance Technician

Trillium Professional is now seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians (Level II/III) in Houston, TX!

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations across two nearby facilities. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain welding machines, wire feeders, overhead cranes, and other production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform maintenance on 480V/230V 3-phase systems, MCCs, VFDs, and low-voltage controls
• Maintain and service air compressors
• Support general facility maintenance and respond to equipment issues
• Collaborate with production teams, contractors, and vendors

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, rotating Saturdays as needed (overtime not guaranteed). Pay rate is $25–$30/hour depending on experience.

Additional Details:

• Work performed across two nearby locations in Houston
• Must be flexible and comfortable moving between sites as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Must have own hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions
• Strong communication skills;
  English required (Spanish a plus)
