Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair airport facilities and building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other infrastructure components;
Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance while leading preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities;
Lead and delegate maintenance tasks while communicating professionally with customers, airport personnel, and team members;
Repair or replace facility equipment and components, interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and work orders to ensure accurate and efficient repairs;
Perform inspections and identify potential maintenance issues before they impact operations;
Accurately document maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and utilize system data to improve equipment reliability
