• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems

• Perform plumbing system inspections and preventive maintenance

• Complete service documentation accurately

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about plumbing issues and recommended work

• Follow applicable plumbing codes, safety procedures, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practices

• Maintain professional workmanship and respect customers' homes and property

• Responsibilities may vary depending on the specific plumbing company and position

• Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing service, maintenance, installation, or repair experience

• Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, drains, water lines, water heaters, and related components

• Strong plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to safely use plumbing tools and related service equipment

• Understanding of residential plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair practices

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with plumbing field service work

• Valid driver's license may be required depending on the employer and position

• Texas plumbing license or registration may be required depending on job responsibilities and the specific employer opportunity
