Description
:
Performs daily maintenance of the university fire alarm system.
Pursuant to the State of Texas Executive Order No. GA-48, this position researches, works on, or has access to critical infrastructure and requires the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the University infrastructure. This position requires personnel be routinely reviewed to determine whether or not criminal history or continuous connections for the government orpolitical apparatus of a foreign adversary might prevent the employee from being able to maintain the security or integrity ofthe infrastructure.
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- - Department is willing to accept education in lieu of experience.
- MQ:
Requires specialized training in basic trades, principles,procedures, practice, routines or techniques in a specific area ortrade which might normally be acquired through up to 18 months of education or training beyond the high school level. Vocationalcompetence in the operation of mechanical or electronic equipmentmay be required. Education verification will be conducted upon acceptance of an employment offer. - Requires a minimum of three (3) year of directly job-related experience
