Our dynamic field services team is on the lookout for a meticulous and safety-oriented Sign Installer / Bucket Truck Operator. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate bucket trucks with precision to reach a variety of sign installation and maintenance sites.
• Efficiently install and maintain signs and commercial displays, ensuring each one is securely placed and visually striking.
• Perform thorough pre- and post-operation inspections of the bucket truck to guarantee both optimal functionality and strict safety adherence.
• Work collaboratively with the team to map out and carry out installation projects in a timely manner.
• Keep track of the inventory and condition of signs, banners, and all relevant equipment, and report any issues or shortages.
• Adapt to diverse locations and work settings, maintaining the high standards of our sign installations.
• Assist with traffic control planning and implementation when required to ensure the safety of all - pedestrians, drivers, and team members alike.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards, displaying professionalism during interactions with the public, clients, and fellow team members.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with an exemplary driving record.
• Proven experience in operating bucket trucks or equivalent heavy machinery.
• Comfort working at elevated heights and under a variety of outdoor weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver items up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous activities.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure signage is presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner that adheres to client specifications.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to function independently or as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical know-how for conducting simple on-site equipment repairs as needed.
