Position: Lead Security Technician (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Security Lead Technician to spearhead the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced security systems. Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation and servicing of security systems including CCTV, sensors, alarms, and access control devices.

  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to computer networking, low voltage wiring, and electrical components.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively during installation and repair tasks.
  • Manage remote access software for system monitoring and diagnostics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a service technician specializing in security systems or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking, telecommunication systems, and surveillance technology such as CCTV and sensors.
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, and reading schematics.
  • Electrical experience with low voltage wiring, cabling techniques, and NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
  • Familiarity with fire alarm systems, lock mechanisms, and security system integration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving system design, remote access software, and alarm systems.
