The Installer (LED & signage displays) is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for installing, mounting, and securing LED screens, building and pylon signs, monument, pole, and wall signs at client locations, ensuring proper alignment, safety, and functionality. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting installation plans, preparing work areas, handling materials and tools, wiring and connecting LED displays, and performing basic testing and troubleshooting on-site.

The Installer will collaborate with the design, fabrication, and service teams, interact professionally with clients, document work performed, and follow all safety and quality standards. The role may involve working at heights, using ladders or lifts, and occasionally assisting with maintenance or repairs of existing signage and LED systems.

• Practical skills in installing signage and LED displays, including basic electrical connections, mounting hardware, and safe operation of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, installation diagrams, and work orders, with strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy.
• Experience working on-site at customer locations, including safe work practices at heights, use of ladders or lifts, and adherence to safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills for LED screens, signage components, and related hardware.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a client-focused mindset and professional conduct on job sites.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and position materials and equipment as required by installation work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in and around Houston, TX.
• Prior experience in signage installation, electrical, construction, or a related trade is preferred; vocational or technical training in a relevant field is a plus.
