Position Overview In this role you will service commercial integrated security systems such as electronic access control, CCTV, video monitoring, and intrusion alarm systems. The position requires approximately 50 % travel within the United States.

Job Responsibilities:

• Service systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, intercom, emergency phone, and parking revenue systems.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide customer training and conduct on‑site assessments for service needs.
• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
• Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers, and part descriptions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
