ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do:
- Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across a variety of equipment
- Travel to job sites to service equipment with limited or no supervision
- Use independent judgment to diagnose and resolve issues in the field
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot equipment problems
- Complete accurate service documentation as needed
- Order parts from vendors as required to complete repairs
- Provide safe, superior customer service on every job
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of technician experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment; aerial equipment experience a plus
- Strong mechanical background, including various engine types, hydraulic and electrical systems, and construction equipment
- Experience using diagnostic tools and an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
- Ownership of tools applicable to the position
- Strong teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills
- Commitment to safe, superior customer service as a top priority
- High school diploma and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
