Stationary Engineer

Marriott is hiring a Stationary Engineer to operate and maintain boilers, chillers, HVAC, and building systems at a full-service hotel. You will monitor plant equipment, respond to alarms, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust boilers, chillers, HVAC, and related plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient performance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Respond promptly to building system alarms, guest-impacting issues, and maintenance work orders.
• Maintain logs, inspections, and records to support safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, valves, controls, and associated components.
• Collaborate with hotel engineering and operations teams to minimize downtime and guest disruption.
• Follow Marriott safety standards, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.
• Support energy efficiency initiatives and recommend improvements to building systems.
