HVAC, HVAC Tech ​/ Heating Engineer

ARAMARK is seeking an HVAC I technician to support heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our accommodation and food service facilities. In this role, you will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment to ensure guest comfort and safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting common issues, replacing filters and belts, monitoring controls, documenting work orders, and following all safety and regulatory guidelines.

You'll collaborate with maintenance and operations teams, support emergency service needs, and receive ongoing training with opportunities for advancement in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair basic commercial HVAC systems and components
• Perform preventive maintenance, including filter and belt changes, lubrication, and cleaning
• Assist in troubleshooting HVAC and light refrigeration issues to restore operation
• Monitor system performance and adjust controls for comfort and energy efficiency
• Complete work orders and maintenance logs accurately and on time
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and regulatory requirements
• Respond to routine and occasional emergency service calls
• Collaborate with maintenance, food service, and facilities teams to minimize downtime
• Communicate equipment status and repair needs to supervisors
• Support continuous improvement and participate in technical training
