Environmental Air Systems, Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Houston-area field team. This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment while building a long-term career with an established, Texas-owned company.

This is a hands-on commercial service position for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and tackling challenging mechanical and refrigeration problems.

You’ll work with a variety of commercial systems, including:

• Chilled water systems
• Commercial package units
• Low-temperature refrigeration
• Ice machines
• Commercial HVAC equipment
• Other mechanical and refrigeration systems

• Diagnose equipment failures and determine effective repair solutions.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration-related issues.
• Complete service repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial equipment.
• Evaluate equipment performance and identify potential problems.
• Service and troubleshoot chilled water and refrigeration systems.
• Accurately document service calls, repairs, and equipment information using company technology.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers.
• Maintain a professional approach while representing Environmental Air Systems in the field.
• Work alongside other technicians and team members to maintain high service standards.

• Monday-Friday schedule
• 40+ hours per week
• Overtime available as needed
• Automatic overtime pay for work performed before 6:00 AM or after 6:00 PM

We’re looking for an experienced commercial technician with the technical foundation to independently diagnose and service a variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

• 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong commercial HVAC troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with chilled water systems and refrigeration
