HIRING IMMEDIATELY: HVAC MECHANIC IN HUSTON, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an HVAC Mechanic to join our team in Houston, Texas. This individual will perform preventive maintenance, assist with HVAC equipment installations, and support basic repair and service activities for residential heating and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, eager to develop their technical skills, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

• $50,960-$66,560/annually depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Houston, Texas

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on HVAC systems
• Assist with equipment installations, replacements, and basic repairs
• Inspect equipment and identify maintenance or repair needs
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition
• Follow all company safety procedures and communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Refer complex troubleshooting and repair issues to senior technicians

• Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Interest in developing HVAC and technical skills
