Spotter – Ground Technician

Position Overview:

Moore Security Solutions is hiring a reliable Spotter / Ground Technician to support our field crews on commercial security and low-voltage projects. This position plays a critical role in job site safety and efficiency by assisting lead technicians, managing materials, and acting as a dedicated safety spotter during lifts, ladder work, and equipment operation. It's a great entry point for individuals looking to build a career in the security and low-voltage industry.

• Act as a safety spotter for lifts, ladders, and overhead work to ensure a safe working environment
• Assist technicians with installation of access control, video surveillance (CCTV), alarm systems, and cabling
• Handle and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites
• Run cable, label wires, and assist with basic installation tasks as directed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the project
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate clearly with team members to support efficient workflow
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and preparing job sites for daily work

• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow in the low-voltage/security field
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on active construction sites
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Previous construction or general labor experience
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
