Assist Fleet Mechanic with hands-on maintenance and repair tasks on trucks, buses, and related equipment;
Operate and inspect tools and instruments to diagnose malfunctions and perform required adjustments;
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks, and lubrication;
Test drive equipment to diagnose issues and ensure safe operation;
Inspect and repair mechanical components and safety systems; replace worn parts as needed;
Weld broken parts and structural members as part of repair processes;
Follow safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment
