Journeyman Plumber

ARS/Rescue Rooter seeks a Journeyman Plumber to perform residential and light commercial service, repair, and installation. You'll diagnose and fix leaks, clogs, and fixture issues; perform drain cleaning and water heater work; and ensure all jobs meet code and safety standards. Working in a safety-first, customer-focused environment, you'll communicate repair options clearly, complete accurate documentation, and maintain company vehicles and tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Perform drain cleaning and rooter services using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, company quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings, repair options, pricing, and maintenance recommendations.
• Complete work orders, documentation, and inventory usage accurately and on time.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
• Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and field supervisors to manage daily schedule and priorities.
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training and support mentoring of apprentices as needed.
