Offshore Crane Operators
- Deepwater Drillship
- Houston, TX
Core Group Resources is seeking Offshore Crane Operators for contract positions aboard deepwater drillships in the Gulf. This hands-on role involves supporting drilling, maintenance, and marine operations in a dynamic offshore environment. The ideal candidate will have prior drillship experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to perform critical lifts under pressure.

- Previous drillship experience is mandatory
- Valid Crane Operator Certification
- Certifications including BOSIET / FOET / THUET, Rig Pass or Safe Gulf, TWIC, and a US Passport or government-issued
- Strong knowledge of load charts, rigging practices, and safety procedures
- Experience with blind lifts, heavy lifts, and personnel transfers (where permitted)
- Ability to perform routine crane inspections and basic maintenance
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, 24/7 offshore environment
