Clean Scapes is hiring a Shop Foreman

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engines and landscaping equipment.
• Service equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and related tools.
• Assign and prioritize daily shop work.
• Maintain accurate repair and preventive-maintenance records.
• Track parts, tools, equipment, and shop inventory.
• Inspect equipment to ensure it is safe and ready for use.
• Communicate repair status and equipment needs to managers and field teams.
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Pick up or deliver equipment and parts as needed.
  
  Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous small-engine or equipment-repair experience required.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Previous leadership or shop-management experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate tools and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company driver-approval requirements.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
