Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Field​/Service Technician

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an IS Technician to support industrial cleaning and maintenance services for energy and petrochemical clients. In this role, you'll set up and operate industrial service equipment, perform routine inspections, assist with hydroblasting and vacuum operations, and document work performed. You will follow strict safety procedures, use PPE correctly, and participate in safety meetings and training.

Working in field environments, you'll collaborate with a team to complete shutdowns and projects on schedule while maintaining environmental and regulatory compliance. TWIC is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial cleaning and maintenance equipment for energy and petrochemical clients
• Assist with hydroblasting, vacuum, and environmental service operations
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report issues
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times
• Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
• Support turnaround, shutdown, and project activities in the field
• Work effectively with crew members and supervisors to meet schedules
• Comply with environmental and regulatory requirements on each job site
• Travel to client facilities and adapt to demanding field conditions
