Industrial Mechanic Lead

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks a Lead Industrial Mechanic to keep high-speed bottling and packaging equipment operating safely and reliably. You will perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on conveyors, fillers, palletizers, and utility systems while coaching mechanics and coordinating work with production. Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical maintenance on high-speed bottling and packaging equipment
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and adjustments on industrial machinery
• Execute and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production to reduce downtime
• Coach and mentor mechanics and maintenance helpers
• Maintain accurate records in CMMS and document repairs and parts usage
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, LOTO, and quality standards
• Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed for complex repairs
