Socket.dev is seeking a Service Technician I to install, configure, and repair communications and surveillance systems at remote and field sites. This role requires hands-on technical skills, strong troubleshooting, and a customer-first attitude, with frequent travel to client locations.
You will work on cellular, wireless, and satellite equipment, IP cameras, and NVRs, performing routine checks and upgrades while communicating progress to customers and project managers.
