We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HVAC Warranty Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including compressors, coils, ductwork, and mini-split systems. This position is essential for ensuring our customers receive reliable and high-quality service under their HVAC warranties.

• Assist in the installation and replacement of HVAC system components, including compressors, coils, and ductwork.
• Support the installation of mini-split systems.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols during installations.
• Work closely with lead installers to ensure proper and efficient installation of HVAC systems.
• Load and unload materials and equipment necessary for HVAC installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving during installations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Previous experience in HVAC installation or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Must be 25 years or older.
