Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities safe, efficient, and fully operational. • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Respond to service requests and participate in rotational on call emergency coverage
• Maintain accurate maintenance, safety, and compliance records
• Follow established safety procedures and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Vocational training, apprenticeship, or technical education in maintenance or a related field preferred
• Relevant technical certifications preferred

• Working knowledge of facilities and building systems maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
• Experience in commercial or multi building environments preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliability
• Effective communication and time management skills
