- Operating heavy machinery for excavation, grading, and site prep
- Performing routine equipment maintenance
- Following strict safety protocols
- Collaborating with a skilled team to meet project goals and deadlines
- Proven experience with heavy equipment and excavation
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safe operation
- A team-first attitude and strong communication skills
- Physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior construction experience (preferred)
